then follow the step to make your pc speak
first of all open notepad then  type

Message=inputbox("enter the text you want to spoken"spak this")
set sapi=create object("sapi.spvoice")
sapi.speak message
then you have to save this message in encording ansi file types all file types
and then make ashortcut on your desktop
then double click on it and then type what do you want to speak from pc.
